What is kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented drink, most often made from tea, which is enriched with probiotic cultures. These are added to the drink using a SCOBY - a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, which starts the entire fermentation process. Kombucha is a healthy and very tasty alternative to classic lemonades, sodas and other sweetened drinks.
In addition to traditional pure kombucha, flavored variants are also produced that can be prepared with almost any fruit, vegetable or herb. The JZT Ferments brand offers a stable selection of these flavors:
- *OG (pure kombucha),
- *Passion fruit,
- *Bergamot,
- *Strawberry/Bergamot,
- *Blueberry,
- *Cherry,
- *Mango.
In addition to this permanent offering, it regularly comes out with limited seasonal editions that bring unconventional and original flavor combinations.
