You can make a complaint by e-mail, by post or in person – at the address of our premises as well as at the registered office (Section 19(1) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection). However, send returned goods and goods subject to a complaint to the premises in Klecany, not to the registered office – we do not accept goods at the registered office. Please write to us first: you do not need to send broken or expired bottles back, photographs are enough (the procedure is in the Returns and Complaints Policy).

Pickup You can collect goods free of charge at our premises in Klecany on working days from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm, always by prior arrangement – write to us at info@jztferments.cz. You pay for the order online in advance; there is no cash or card payment on site. Please wait for the e-mail saying your order is ready – we will then agree the pickup time by e-mail and hold the order for you until then.

Shipping We deliver across the whole Czech Republic; we do not yet ship abroad. In Prague we deliver with our own driver on working days from 1 pm to 5 pm, usually within two working days; the bottles travel in thermal boxes with cooling packs and we confirm the delivery day by e-mail in advance. To the rest of the country we ship by chilled Cool balík parcel (a service operated by COOL Balík, s.r.o., company ID 14180138), usually delivered within four working days. Shipping costs 150 CZK and is free from 12 bottles per shipment; every bottle in the shipment counts towards the limit. Details and prices are on the Shipping and Delivery page.

Payment You pay for your order online by payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or PayPal. We do not offer bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution We handle complaints at info@jztferments.cz. Information about supervisory authorities and the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (Czech Trade Inspection Authority, https://adr.coi.gov.cz) is in the Legal Notice.
