Contractual documents

Purchases in the e-shop are governed by the Terms and Conditions. The rules of the Pick & mix box subscription – a minimum of three deliveries, intervals, flavour changes and termination – are in Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions. The procedure for complaints and returns is described in the Returns and Complaints Policy. Delivery methods and prices are on the Shipping and Delivery page. All prices in the e-shop include VAT. The Czech wording of the documents is decisive; if you are a consumer, this does not affect the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence (Article 14.1 of the Terms and Conditions). The English and German versions of the website are informative translations only.

Discount codes and promotions

The discount code you receive for subscribing to the newsletter reduces the price of the goods by 10% and is valid until revoked. You can use it once – one code per customer – and only on a one-off purchase; it does not apply to the Pick & mix box subscription. It cannot be combined with other discounts and does not apply to shipping; the discount is calculated from the price of the goods. Enter the code at checkout in the discount code field. For other promotions, the conditions stated with the promotion apply.

Personal data and cookies

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent to cookies at any time – the procedure is in the Cookie Policy.

We send commercial communications (the newsletter) on the basis of your consent; they are sent for us as a processor by ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o., company ID 027 62 943, registered office Na příkopě 388/1, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1. The same tool also measures behaviour on our website using its own cookies (ecsession1-…, ecvisits1-… and …ecwshown); these are cookies that require consent and you can refuse them in the cookie settings. We measure the effectiveness of our advertising with Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – its cookies also belong to the category requiring consent.

On the home page we display a gallery of posts from our Instagram account @jztferments. It is embedded by the Instafeed application and is content embedded from the Instagram service (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited); cookies of that service may be loaded along with it. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

If you have bought from us, we may offer you our own similar goods at the e-mail address from your order – only if you did not object to this when purchasing (Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services). This is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can refuse these mailings free of charge when purchasing and at any time later – via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or at info@jztferments.cz.

Product information

The marketing presentation of goods in the e-shop (photographs and descriptions of taste) is for information. The binding food information – name, ingredients including the quantity of fruit used (6–10% for fruit flavours, as on the label), allergens, net quantity, nutrition facts, storage conditions and producer details – is in the “Product information” block with each product and on the bottle label. The use-by date (“Spotřebujte do”) is only on the label of the specific bottle. Photographs are illustrative – kombucha is a live, unpasteurised drink, so colour, haze or sediment may vary slightly between batches.

Copyright and trademarks

The content of this website – texts, photographs, videos, graphics, the JZT name and logo – is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The rights belong to us or to our suppliers. Copying, distributing, modifying or commercially using the content beyond the statutory exceptions (a copy for personal use, quotation, news reporting) is possible only with our prior written consent. The names and logos of partners, cooperating venues and media belong to their owners; we use them on the website only to denote a collaboration or as a reference to the source.
