Earl Grey that learned to sparkle.
Bergamot is the citrus you know from Earl Grey tea, and it works just as well in kombucha. We add bergamot juice to our OG, 10% of the bottle, and let it ferment a second time. Up front a fresh, slightly bitter citrus note, behind it a spicy finish and the creamy base of milk oolong tea. It is clean, dry and properly sharp, exactly as it should be. In the morning instead of coffee, in the evening instead of a gin and tonic. Goes with goat's cheese, olives, anything with rosemary, and dark chocolate. For those who like bitterness and do not mind a bold citrus.
Non-alcoholic drink (alcohol content up to 0.5% by volume). Suitable for vegans.

Name: Kombucha *Bergamot – unpasteurised fermented tea drink with bergamot juice
Ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, 10 % bergamot juice, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Naturally contains carbon dioxide and alcohol (< 0.5 %).
Allergens: none. Milk oolong is a type of tea – it is named after the way the leaves are processed; it contains no milk.

Volume: 330 ml. Non-alcoholic drink – naturally contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. Suitable for vegans.
Storage: always refrigerated at 2–6 °C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. The drink is unpasteurised; sediment and darker clusters of yeast are natural and can be consumed. If stored incorrectly, pressure can build up and the bottle may open on its own.
Shelf life: the use-by date is printed on the bottle; at least 7 days on delivery.
