The sweetness of ripe raspberries, the herbal notes of basil and the citrus bite of lemongrass, all on the base of our OG from milk oolong tea. The bottle holds 10% raspberries. Teri wanted something bright and juicy that works all year round, not just in July. It worked. Chilled with lunch, with ice on the terrace, or in a glass with a basil leaf when you want it to look like you made an effort.
Non-alcoholic drink (alcohol content up to 0.5% by volume). Suitable for vegans.

Name: Kombucha JZT x Aura – unpasteurised fermented tea drink with raspberries, basil and lemongrass
Ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, 10 % raspberries, sugar, lemongrass, basil, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Naturally contains carbon dioxide and alcohol (< 0.5 %).
Allergens: none. Milk oolong is a type of tea – it is named after the way the leaves are processed; it contains no milk.

Volume: 330 ml. Non-alcoholic drink – naturally contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. Suitable for vegans.
Storage: always refrigerated at 2–6 °C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. The drink is unpasteurised; sediment and darker clusters of yeast are natural and can be consumed. If stored incorrectly, pressure can build up and the bottle may open on its own.
Shelf life: the use-by date is printed on the bottle; at least 7 days on delivery.
