Tropical, juicy, just sour enough.
We add passion fruit purée to finished OG, 8% of the bottle, and let it ferment a second time. Passion fruit has an acidity of its own, so it does not compete with the tea, it completes it. The result is full, sparkling, smells like the tropics and stays dry on the palate. Great on its own with ice, with grilled meat and as the base of a non-alcoholic spritz with a slice of lime. Name: Kombucha *Passion Fruit – unpasteurised fermented tea drink with passion fruit purée
Ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, 8 % passion fruit purée, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Naturally contains carbon dioxide and alcohol (< 0.5 %).
Allergens: none. Milk oolong is a type of tea – it is named after the way the leaves are processed; it contains no milk.

Volume: 330 ml. Non-alcoholic drink – naturally contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. Suitable for vegans.
Storage: always refrigerated at 2–6 °C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. The drink is unpasteurised; sediment and darker clusters of yeast are natural and can be consumed. If stored incorrectly, pressure can build up and the bottle may open on its own.
Shelf life: the use-by date is printed on the bottle; at least 7 days on delivery.
