Ripe cherries on creamy oolong.
Milk oolong sits between green and black tea: silky, slightly buttery, without astringency. On top of it sits the sweetness of ripe cherries, 10% cherry purée in the bottle. The result is a playful, juicy kombucha with a bold fruit flavour and a soft, creamy finish. It tastes like cherry lemonade, only dry and far less sweet. Goes with a chocolate dessert, hard cheese, duck. In a glass with ice and a sprig of thyme. If you like fruit you can actually taste in a drink, here it is.
Non-alcoholic drink (alcohol content up to 0.5% by volume). Suitable for vegans.

Name: Kombucha *Cherry – unpasteurised fermented tea drink with cherry purée
Ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, 10 % cherry purée, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Naturally contains carbon dioxide and alcohol (< 0.5 %).
Allergens: none. Milk oolong is a type of tea – it is named after the way the leaves are processed; it contains no milk.

Volume: 330 ml. Non-alcoholic drink – naturally contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. Suitable for vegans.
Storage: always refrigerated at 2–6 °C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. The drink is unpasteurised; sediment and darker clusters of yeast are natural and can be consumed. If stored incorrectly, pressure can build up and the bottle may open on its own.
Shelf life: the use-by date is printed on the bottle; at least 7 days on delivery.
