Inside: OG, Passion Fruit, Strawberry/Bergamot, Blueberry, Mango and Cherry. One bottle of each, 6× 330 ml in glass, in a cardboard box you do not need to wrap. Who it is for: anyone buying from us for the first time who wants to find out which flavour is theirs. For a gift when you do not know what the recipient likes. For a week in the fridge. Plain Bergamot and Hops are not in this set. You will find Bergamot in the 12-pack; you can add both flavours to a Pick & mix box.
All our kombuchas are live, unpasteurised and fermented for six weeks from milk oolong tea. The fruit flavours get real fruit as purée or juice in the second fermentation, 6–10% of the bottle.
What is inside
- OG – The base of everything we do. Milk oolong, sugar, culture and six weeks. Dry, sparkling, gently acidic.
- Passion Fruit – Tropical, juicy, just sour enough. Passion fruit purée in the second fermentation. When you cannot decide, pick this one.
- Strawberry/Bergamot – Sweet strawberry, citrusy bergamot. A childhood lemonade, all grown up.
- Blueberry – Gentle, dark, distinctly fruity. The mildest of the whole range.
- Mango – Ripe mango on silky milk oolong. The fullest of our range and the best for drinks.
- Cherry – Ripe cherries on creamy milk oolong. Juicy and playful.
Good to know
- Volume: 6× 330 ml, glass.
- Storage: in the fridge at 2–6 °C, standing upright. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
- Use-by date: printed on the label of every bottle. We ship so that you have at least 7 days left on delivery.
- Live: unpasteurised, fermented for 6 weeks. The sediment at the bottom is culture, not a defect. Gently turn the bottle before opening, do not shake.
- Non-alcoholic: up to 0.5% by volume. Suitable for vegans. Allergens: the drink contains none of the substances or products listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011.
- Shipping: 150 CZK, free from 12 bottles – in Prague and across the Czech Republic. Prague: our own driver, deliveries on working days between 1 pm and 5 pm, usually within 2 working days of order confirmation. Rest of the Czech Republic: chilled Cool balík parcel (Messenger a.s.), usually within 4 working days of order confirmation.
- Pickup: free at our production site in Klecany near Prague (Zdibsko 615, 250 67 Klecany, P3 park, hall 4 – look for the door marked “Výdej zboží”), on working days between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm and always by prior arrangement at info@jztferments.cz. You pay for the order online in advance; no payment on site.
- Returns: kombucha is a food with a short shelf life, so the 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason does not apply (Section 1837(e) of the Czech Civil Code). You can cancel the order free of charge until we ship it; defective goods are handled as a complaint.

Name of the food: non-alcoholic fermented tea drink (kombucha). Net quantity: 6× 330 ml. Ingredients and nutrition facts are given exactly as printed on the label.
- OG – ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Nutrition per 100 ml: energy 75 kJ / 18 kcal, fat 0.048 g, of which saturates 0.02 g, carbohydrate 4.5 g, of which sugars 4.4 g, protein 0.1 g, salt 0.04 g.
- Passion Fruit – ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, 8% passion fruit purée, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Nutrition per 100 ml: energy 114 kJ / 27 kcal, fat 0.048 g, of which saturates 0.02 g, carbohydrate 6.8 g, of which sugars 6.7 g, protein 0.15 g, salt 0.05 g.
- Strawberry/Bergamot – ingredients: tea infusion (milk oolong), 6% strawberry purée, 4% bergamot juice, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Nutrition per 100 ml: energy 90.1 kJ / 23.2 kcal, fat 0.048 g, of which saturates 0.02 g, carbohydrate 5.8 g, of which sugars 5.7 g, protein 0.1 g, salt 0.04 g.
- Blueberry – ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, 8% blueberry purée, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Nutrition per 100 ml: energy 102 kJ / 24.4 kcal, fat 0.048 g, of which saturates 0.02 g, carbohydrate 6.1 g, of which sugars 6 g, protein 0.15 g, salt 0.05 g.
- Mango – ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, 8% mango purée, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Nutrition per 100 ml: energy 117 kJ / 28 kcal, fat 0.048 g, of which saturates 0.02 g, carbohydrate 7 g, of which sugars 6.9 g, protein 0.15 g, salt 0.05 g.
- Cherry – ingredients: milk oolong tea infusion, 10% cherry purée, sugar, yeast cultures and lactic acid bacteria. Nutrition per 100 ml: energy 114 kJ / 27 kcal, fat 0.048 g, of which saturates 0.02 g, carbohydrate 6.8 g, of which sugars 6.7 g, protein 0.15 g, salt 0.05 g.

Product information
The pack contains 330 ml bottles of the individual flavours. Ingredients and nutrition facts for each flavour are on its own page: OG, Passion Fruit, Bergamot, Strawberry/Bergamot, Blueberry, Cherry, Mango, Hops, Aura.
Storage: always refrigerated at 2–6 °C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. The drink is unpasteurised; sediment and darker clusters of yeast are natural and can be consumed. If stored incorrectly, pressure can build up and the bottle may open on its own.
Shelf life: the use-by date is printed on the bottle; at least 7 days on delivery.
